Week of 11.4.19-11.10.19
During this week, it SNOWED! On Thursday night while I worked the French Film Festival, it started to snow and put me in a very Christmasy mood:-)
Moreover, I worked many events: A lecture with Jessica Minahan, met with the honors director, blood drive tabling, a perspective tour, an entrepreneur series, the Homecoming Pep Rally, and the French Film Festival. All of these events helped me come through with more hours. I can safely say I will get them done hopefully by this week or next!
While it was absurdly cold on Saturday, we pulled through thanks to the handwarmers provided by Emily <3. I woke up at 4:30 am, got Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts for the team, and then met them at UC Blue Ash. It was a cold, fun, tiring, and hilarious event. At Matthew Ministries, we were suited up in neon vests and escorted into a truck. There was a box attached to the back of the truck where volunteers (us) sat in. They drove us to our location where we handed water out to the racers and where I spilled much of the water on myself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Moreover, I had fun this week with all the events I worked. Pictured to the left is Em and I working the French Film:-)
We sat outside of the auditorium after we helped set things up. It was easy, relaxing, and we were allowed to work on coursework. Also, I got an apple!!!
