FROZEN II!
Besides seeing Frozen II (aka my current favorite movie of 2019), I worked recruitment days with Daniel, saw my favorite superviser, and helped out communications with a Share The Love video announcement. Additionally, I covered some social media events and continued to talk with the honors director about my lazer kraze event.

What is Share The Love?
Share The Love is a contest UCBA holds every year in order to encourage students to express in a creative video why they love our campus/university.
As an incentive, various prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Well, since the weather is only bound to get colder, 1st prize is a parking spot anywhere on campus! It can be faculty or student, however, the 1st place winner gets to choose. For the 2nd and 3rd prize, these winners will receive UC Bearcat gear:')

...my gorrrl
Moreover, I learned this week that sometimes things do not go according to plan and the only way to deal with it, is to deal with it. Any way one can. This week not only reminded me to be grateful, courteous, and to continue improvement, but that I have caring friends.
Since my childhood I have relied on friends as a main support system and while I now have a stable homelife with my dad and stepmom, I am reminded of my other support system. In particular, my new friends at UCBA.
Although others who do not attend UCBA have reached out, it is nice to know that the year and a half I have spent at UCBA has made an impact. And for the new friendships, I am forever in debt of gratitude.
I know this is a blog for our ambassador position, however, it is very helpful to reflect and use as an open diary (if that is a thing). Thank you for reading and have a great Thanksgiving:-)
